Summer Evenings: A Time for Fun and Relaxation

     Now that it is warmer in the evenings, most of them look like this for us. I am fortunate that I get home in the late afternoon and we can spend several hours outside. This particular evening, Charley wanted to fill up the baby pool, but it was too cold for her to get in mind you. She "did it for Noah," lol. Charley fills up the baby pool and gets her chair and puts her feet in it while watching something on her iPod. Noah is eating goldfish out of Charley's bowl on her lap. I am watching them, while pretending to read my book. It's a really sweet moment. One I hope I never forget. 

    Noah loves to be outside. He runs around and just plays. It makes him sleep well at night (and me too, because somebody has to chase him) I love to just sit outside and watch them play. I love these evenings, the temperature is just right for me to sit outside and soak it up. The long warm sunny evenings outside are good for my soul. I hope you can all get outside and enjoy the slow days of summer. I'll either be sitting in the backyard with my book and playing with the kids or following Noah around the house. Enjoy the summer!
