    This Friday, the 15th, Garrett & I celebrated our 11-year anniversary. It was your typical day, we both got up and went to work and about our normal routine (although I forgot my phone at home and was on my way back home to get it when I passed Garrett, who was bringing it to me 😘) I asked him this afternoon if he remembered what we were doing at this time (4:35 p.m.) 11 years ago? He said he did. We had such a good day with perfect weather. We were so blessed and continue to be!  We are making plans in the next couple of weeks to celebrate our anniversary. We don't take each other for granted. I am thankful for him every day and the life he provides for us.

    I can also remember when our Friday nights looked WAYYY different! We would go out (usually to the moose) get home at 12:30 a.m. and get up and do it again the next night. HAHAHA. The life we have now we wouldn't trade for all the gold in California. It's fun to look back on those memories though. 

    I hope everyone is having the Wild Friday night you want, LOL. We are over here scrolling through the DirecTV guide having a wild time.

Day date 3 generations Chicken ladies     It's 10:00p.m. on a Sunday night and I am still waiting for the laundry to get done, I'm listening to a live "Reel" on Instagram from The Budgetnista. Cherishing Togetherness

  9/15/12 - Our wedding day 9/15/24 - Mr. Bill turns 90 9/13/24 - because it's too pretty not to share with the world!!     This weekend was a weekend for celebrating. Garrett & I "celebrated" our 12th anniversary on Sunday. I put "celebrated" in quotes because we actually didn't do anything. I went to church, Garrett farmed, then we went to my mom's to help close the pool for the winter. It's not really about the pomp and circumstance for me. Anniversaries are like Valentine's Day in my opinion, you should show your person you love them daily, not just once (or twice)  a year. At the end of the day, we are both just grateful for the other and the role each plays in this marriage. Marriage is not 50/50. Sometimes he is giving more than 50% and sometimes I am.
